縁側の家 規約(任意団体)
第1条(名称・事務局)
本会は「縁側の家」と称し、事務局を福島県双葉郡広野町下浅見川桜田104-1に置く。
第2条(目的)
本会は、地域や社会に開かれた文化活動を推進することを目的とする。
主な活動は以下の通り。
サーフカルチャーをはじめとする地域文化の発信・支援
展示・ワークショップ・トークイベント等の企画運営及びそのアーカイブ化
文化・コミュニティ情報の発信
土地・境界・身体をテーマにした「air in air(Artist in Residence in Air)」プロジェクトの実施
オリジナル作品の制作
地域資源を活用した交流事業
第3条(会員)
会員は、本会の理念に賛同する個人・団体とする。
入会方法:所定の申込書を提出する。
退会方法:会員は任意で退会を申請できる。
会費は不要とする。
会員の権利:イベント参加、意見表明、総会での議決
会員の義務:規約遵守、活動協力、情報共有
第4条(役員)
役員は、代表者1名、事務局1名とする。
役員は総会において出席会員の過半数の承認により選出する。
役員は無報酬とする。
第5条(役員の職務)
代表者は本会を代表し、会務を総括する。
事務局は代表者を補佐し、代表者に事故ある場合はその職務を代行する。
第6条(会議・意思決定)
総会は年1回開催し、活動報告、会計報告、役員選出を行う。
臨時会議は代表者が必要に応じて招集する。
議決は出席会員の過半数で決定する。
議事録は会議ごとに作成し、事務局で保管する。
第7条(会計)
会費は不要とする。
助成金・寄付金等は事務局が管理し、銀行口座は代表者名義とする。
支出は代表者及び事務局で確認する。
年1回、総会にて会計報告を行う。
第8条(活動運営)
展示、ワークショップ、トークイベントの企画・運営を行う。
上記1および、地域の無形文化資産の記録・保存と発信を行う。
外部協力や契約は原則として代表者承認の上で行う。
活動報告やイベント情報は会員および一般にSNSやニュースレター等で共有する。
第9条(規約変更)
規約の変更は、総会において出席会員の3分の2以上の承認により可決する。
第10条(解散)
団体の解散は、総会において出席会員の4分の3以上の承認で決定する。
残余財産は地域活動または文化振興のために寄付する。
附則
この規約は、2026年4月1日から施行する。
engawanoie Regulations
(Voluntary Association)
Article 1. Name and Office
The name of this association shall be “engawanoie” (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”).
The administrative office shall be located at:
104-1 Sakurada, Shimoasamikawa, Hirono Town,
Futaba District, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan.
Article 2. Purpose
The purpose of the Association is to promote cultural activities that are open and accessible to local communities and society at large.
Its principal activities include:
Promoting and supporting local cultures, including surf culture.
Planning, organizing, and archiving exhibitions, workshops, talks, and related events.
Sharing information on culture, communities, and local initiatives.
Implementing the “air in air (Artist in Residence in Air)” project, exploring themes of land, boundaries, and embodiment.
Producing original artistic and cultural works.
Organizing exchange programs and activities utilizing local resources.
Article 3. Membership
Membership shall be open to individuals and organizations that support the mission and values of the Association.
Admission
Membership shall be granted upon submission of the prescribed application form.
Withdrawal
Members may voluntarily withdraw from the Association at any time.
Membership Fee
No membership fee shall be required.
Rights of Members
Members shall have the right to:
Participate in activities and events organized by the Association.
Express opinions and make proposals regarding the Association’s activities.
Vote at the General Meeting.
Responsibilities of Members
Members shall:
Comply with these Regulations.
Cooperate with the activities of the Association.
Share relevant information when appropriate.
Article 4. Officers
The Association shall have the following officers:
One Representative
One Secretariat Officer
Officers shall be elected by a majority vote of members present at the General Meeting.
All officer positions shall be voluntary and unpaid.
Article 5. Duties of Officers
Representative
The Representative shall act on behalf of the Association and oversee its overall management and activities.
Secretariat Officer
The Secretariat Officer shall assist the Representative and, in the event that the Representative is unable to perform their duties, shall act on their behalf.
Article 6. Meetings and Decision-Making
A General Meeting shall be held once each year.
The General Meeting shall review:
Activity reports
Financial reports
Election of officers
Extraordinary meetings may be convened by the Representative when necessary.
Decisions shall be made by a majority vote of members present.
Minutes shall be prepared for each meeting and maintained by the Secretariat.
Article 7. Finance
No membership fee shall be required.
Grants, donations, and other funds shall be administered by the Secretariat.
The Association’s bank account shall be held in the name of the Representative.
Expenditures shall be reviewed and confirmed by both the Representative and the Secretariat.
A financial report shall be presented annually at the General Meeting.
Article 8. Operations
The Association shall plan and operate exhibitions, workshops, talks, and related cultural activities.
The Association shall also document, preserve, and communicate local intangible cultural heritage.
External collaborations, partnerships, and contracts shall generally require approval by the Representative.
Information regarding activities and events shall be shared with members and the public through newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.
Article 9. Amendment of Regulations
These Regulations may be amended upon approval by at least two-thirds (2/3) of the members present at a General Meeting.
Article 10. Dissolution
The Association may be dissolved upon approval by at least three-quarters (3/4) of the members present at a General Meeting.
Any remaining assets shall be donated to organizations or initiatives supporting community activities or cultural development.
Supplementary Provision
These Regulations shall take effect on April 1, 2026.
